Sublijet Premium HTV is a professional grade product that allows direct printing of sublimation ink onto the vinyl.

Application Instructions

• Print, cut and weed material
• (Do NOT mirror, Print onto the rough side- if in doubt peel the corner to check which is the paper backing, which is the Sublijet media)
• Remove the print from the carrier sheet by hand and place it on the garment
• Cover the print with silicon or parchment paper
• Using a heat press, apply as per conditions shown below.
• Wait 24 hours after application before the first wash
• Follow garment wash recommendations
• Do not bleach or use aggressive chemicals
• Apply to cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends (not suited for treated and dye sublimated textiles)
• Press at 160°C – 170°C for 10 – 15 seconds
• Use medium pressure

Washing recommendations:

• Wash upto 60°C
• Iron inside out
• Tumble dry on synthetic cycle
