Nova-Fabric 8700 Patch Twill Circle

The Nova-Fabric 8700 Patch Twill series is a collection of 7 colours, which are thick, polyester twill woven fabrics with a hotmelt adhesive.

Make amazing premium quality badges, emblems and logos. Simply press the Patch Twill onto your garment, then apply heat transfer vinyl over the top to achieve incredible, eye catching designs!

Can be cut with scissors to create a totally custom shape.

Prepress your textile (only non-sublimated fabrics) to ensure a flat, wrinkle free surface for transfer. This will also remove humidity inside the fabric to achieve a better bond.

As the Patch Twill is a fabric, after being cut by plotter, the edges need to be sealed. This can be done with flex/flock or stitching. If lasered, the edges are automatically sealed.

You can also screen print and sublimate onto Nova-Fabric Patch Twill.

• Medium Pressure
• Pre press 5 seconds
• Press time 15 seconds. (45 seconds sublimation parameters)
• Multilayer if Patch Twill onto Patch Twill.
• Warm Peel
• Wash inside out at 60°C
• Not suitable for dry clean or tumble dry
• 500 Micron
