As we face these times of uncertainty with the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to assure you that our main priority remains your wellbeing and safety.
We understand you may have concerns and seek to inform you that precautionary measures have been in place since the start of the outbreak and are being increased i.e. enhanced cleaning regimes onsite, strict hygiene checks with regular hand washing and sanitisation.
We are working closely with our material suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and the courier companies used for delivery of your orders to ensure that there is compliance with government advice and no service interruption.
Greenstik's delivery Associates and partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers; this may include placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
We have updated our return procedures to allow our customers greater flexibility as follows:
We will now accept returns upto 180 days from a purchase date on or after March 01, 2020.
Your refund will be processed once we receive your items and they have been inspected to be in a new and unused condition.
Please supply your order number, date of purchase and contact details along with your returned goods.
We hope this extended returns window will benefit all of our customers during the current delivery and collection limitations imposed due to COVID-19.
Those members of staff who can work from home are doing so now, and in the event that we are faced with a reduction in production capacity and/or closure we will let you know via email and the website and when we expect to be operational again.
We hope this provides you with some reassurance in relation to your orders placed and we remain vigilant in making our procedure and protocols as rigorous as possible in line with government and WHO guidance.
